The South East Region represents the counties of Kent, Surrey and East and West Sussex.    

There are 103 clubs affiliated to the South East Region Club membership varies from 15 to 500+ and affiliation fees to the Region reflect the size of the club and the Region aims to keep the affiliation fees to a minimum for each club.  There is no personal membership of the South East Region.

The South East Region is managed through an elected Regional Board, which consists of:

• 6 Officers: Chair, Vice-chair, Hon Treasurer, Hon Secretary, Hon Membership Secretary, English Gymnastics Representative
• 6 Members representing the clubs of the Region:
• Technical Chairs from each participating discipline.
• Representatives from each County
• Nominated non-voting representatives from Sport England and British Schools Gymnastics Association (South East)

The Regional Executive comprises: the 6 officers as above, the JTC Chair and 2 of the Elected Representatives.

The Board and Executive meet alternately bi-monthly.
One member of the South East Board is elected to be the South East Representative for the English Gymnastics Association.The Region also has 3 part time Development Officers, employed by British Gymnastics to work for the development of gymnastics within the South East Region. These posts are funded jointly by Sport England and South East Gymnastics.
